To everyone who has felt the weight of "doing it all", this is for you..
This Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day (March 8), we honor and celebrate the women who have shaped history -through strength, resilience, and leadership. But while we celebrate, we must also acknowledge a deeper truth - The same narratives persist-Women are strong. Women push through. Women handle it all. But let’s be real. We don't need another productivity hack. We don’t need another tool inspired by neuroscience or another meditation app promising to “fix” our burnout. Yes, these help but they can also mask the deeper problem.
Trust me, I’ve been there. We know how to endure. We’ve been conditioned to. To keep the peace and keep going. But what if our power isn’t in how much we can take on - but in what we choose to let go of? Because what we actually need is -
-To stop normalizing exhaustion -To stop proving our worth -To get back our energy from jobs, relationships and systems that take but don’t give back
This isn’t just about work-it’s about where we give our energy and what we tolerate. •Leadership isn’t about enduring stress, it’s about rethinking power. •Well-being isn’t a luxury, it’s the foundation. •Relationships-personal or professional, shouldn’t be one-sided.
This is the work I do-helping women break cycles of burnout, over-functioning, and over-proving so they can reclaim their energy, leadership, and fulfillment while figuring out the root cause of their breakdown. So this month, as we celebrate the women who came before us, let’s also ask ourselves What are we ready to stop tolerating-at work, in relationships, in life? What are we ready to reclaim?

Find a comfortable seat, close your eyes, and take a deep breath. Visualize a warm, glowing light in your heart center, radiating warmth throughout your body. With each inhale, let this light grow brighter, and with each exhale, release anything that no longer serves you.
